MIDLOTHIAN, Ill. (WLS) — Midlothian police stated Friday they have got arrested the suspect in a double shooting that left a 19-year-old lady lifeless and another girl injured over Halloween weekend.Morgan Brown, 19, of Lynwood, was killed and some other lady used to be injured in a shooting outside SVN Bar just ahead of 2:50 a.m. on Oct. 31, police said.
Midlothian police mentioned Friday that 25-year-old Jamil Hayes, of Chicago, used to be taken into custody by means of the FBI Fugitive Task Force and Midlothian detectives.
Hayes was transported to the Midlothian Police Department, the place he was processed and charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. He is scheduled to appear in bond court on Saturday.

The FBI had introduced a $1,000 praise for info resulting in Hayes’ arrest. Brown’s family also introduced up their very own praise of $5,000. Her father addressed the media at a press conference alongside authorities in January.
“Morgan was once a lovely, glad and easygoing lady,” David Brown said. “She had not too long ago graduated from cosmetology school and was beginning her life dream as a hair stylist/entrepreneur. A mother or father’s worst nightmare is to need to bury their kid. We lost our daughter and her sister lost her highest good friend. We are reliving this nightmare each day.”
