Man stabbed to death after his car was rammed and he was attacked by 'number of people'

A man was stabbed to death ultimate evening after a car he was travelling in was rammed by every other vehicle and then attacked by a gang.

The victim, in his 50s, sustained ‘serious inquiries’ and died following the knife attack in Castle Bromwich, West Midlands, the previous day night time. 

At around 8.15pm, officers have been referred to as to Chester Road following stories that a man have been stabbed. 

Investigators believe the victim were travelling in a car which was rammed by every other automobile.

He was then attacked by a bunch of individuals who then fled from the scene, they are saying.

A black Ford Fiesta on the scene was left broken after crashing into railings near a pedestrian crossing.

A pink Ford Focus, a black Vauxhall Corsa and a Jeep were also abandoned on the scene, which remained sealed off by police this morning.

Police said a murder investigation is now underway to establish ‘exactly what came about and why’ and catch those accountable. 

DCI Dave Sanders mentioned: ‘We’re supporting the man’s circle of relatives during this deeply distressing time.

‘I’d like to pay attention from anyone who noticed what took place or who was in the space at the time and will have sprint cam photos to please get in touch.

‘It could be important to our investigation.’

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson stated: ‘We had been known as at 8.13pm to an incident on Chester Road in Kingshurst, Birmingham.

‘Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and The Air Ambulance Service Critical Care Car attended the scene. Upon arrival we discovered a man.

‘He was assessed by ambulance team of workers and had sustained life threatening injuries.

‘They administered complicated existence enhance to him however unfortunately, it became transparent that not anything extra may well be performed to save him and he was showed deceased on the scene.’

No arrests have currently be made.
