Seven males were arrested in connection to the shooting of a hero dad who used to be struck as he shielded his kids from gunfire at a Bronx dealership closing year, cops stated Friday.
Six of the suspects — Tahari Pritchard, 20, Dorien Alexander, 20, Daijon Crawford, 21, Aaron Heredia, 21, Zykeith Fearon, 21 and Akeyle Baker, 22 — have been busted Wednesday and charged with attempted murder, police mentioned.
Another suspect, Hasani John, 22 — a known Bloods gang member — used to be busted again on March 5 and charged with two counts of attack and two counts of criminal ownership of a weapon, authorities said. Cops describe the shooting as gang-related.
